BraveDay Business
Your operating platform, built around how you actually work
We take the BraveDay platform, shape it to your processes, and launch it on your cloud server under your domain. Bookings, clients, services, stock, payments and notifications - one system, your infrastructure, your data.
Fixed-scope diagnostics first. No commitment until the architecture is agreed.
When a subscription stops being enough
Your process doesn't fit the box
Multi-step services, non-standard pricing, resources and rooms, several legal entities - the parts a generic booking tool asks you to work around.
Your data has to stay yours
Regulated work, client confidentiality, or an internal policy that keeps client records on infrastructure you control, in a region you choose.
You're running five tools that don't talk
Bookings here, clients there, stock in a spreadsheet, payments somewhere else. Every handoff is manual, and the numbers never agree.
You need it to connect to what you already run
A CRM, an accounting system, a messenger, an analytics stack. The platform has to fit your landscape, not replace it wholesale.
Modules we assemble, not features we invent
Everything below runs in BraveDay today. An implementation selects the modules you need, configures them for your process, and connects them to the systems you already use.
Scheduling core
- Public booking pages and meeting types
- Buffers, notice periods, daily caps, recurring bookings
- Team scheduling: weighted round-robin and collective availability
- Routing forms and group polls
- Google, Microsoft 365, Apple CalDAV and ICS sync
- Rescheduling and cancellation flows with reminders
Business modules
- Client book: contacts, tags, notes, visit and purchase history
- Service catalog with duration, price and linked meeting types
- Inventory: products, SKU/barcode, stock levels and movement ledger
- Point of sale: server-side checkout with gapless receipt numbers
- Prepaid packages and session balances
- Role-based access across the organisation
Money and communication
- Stripe payments, deposits, refunds and payouts
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack and push notifications
- Reminder and follow-up automations
- Booking analytics: views, conversion, revenue, CSV export
Integrations and platform
- Twenty CRM sync - contact and meeting history flow through automatically
- Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links on booking
- REST API, signed webhooks and an embeddable booking widget
- Beaver, the confirm-first AI assistant (optional, your own key)
- Russian and English interface
- iOS and Android app built on the same platform
Five steps from your process to a running platform
- 01
Diagnostics
We map how the work actually flows today - the requests, the handoffs, the spreadsheets, the places money and time leak - and agree what the platform has to solve.
Process map and prioritised scope
- 02
Architecture
Which modules, which integrations, which data model, which server and region. You approve a written architecture and a fixed scope before anything is built.
Architecture document and estimate
- 03
Implementation
We configure and customise the modules, build the integrations your landscape needs, and set up your booking pages, services, catalogue, roles and notifications.
Working system on your server and domain
- 04
Migration and training
We move your clients, services, bookings and history across, run the team through the system in their own language, and leave written operating instructions.
Migrated data, trained team, runbook
- 05
Support and SLA
Monitoring, backups, updates and a response-time commitment - plus a roadmap for the next changes as your business moves.
Support agreement with agreed response times
A platform you own, not a seat you rent
Your server, your domain
The system runs on cloud infrastructure you control, under your own domain, in the region you choose.
Your data, exportable
Clients, bookings, sales and history live in your database. Secrets are encrypted at rest; you can export the lot at any time.
Configured for your process
Services, roles, pricing, notifications and reports set up the way your business actually runs - not the way a template assumes.
One team accountable
The people who designed it run it. Diagnostics, build, migration and support are one engagement, not four vendors.
The questions that come up first
How is this different from BraveDay Cloud?
Cloud is the ready-made product: you sign up, connect a calendar, and you're live in minutes on our infrastructure with Free and Pro plans. Business is an engagement - we shape the platform to your process and run it on your own cloud server and domain. Most clients start on Cloud to see the product, then move to Business when the process outgrows the standard setup.
What does it cost?
It's quoted per project, because the work is diagnostics, architecture, customisation, integrations, migration and support - not a licence. Scope and price are fixed in writing after the diagnostics stage, before any build starts.
How long does it take?
A focused implementation on the standard modules is typically weeks, not months. Heavy integrations or a large data migration extend that. You get a real timeline with the architecture document, not before it.
Whose infrastructure does it run on?
Yours. We deploy to a cloud server in your account and region, under your domain, with backups configured. If you'd rather we host it during the first period and hand it over later, that's a normal arrangement too.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
That's most of the work. Twenty CRM sync, calendars, Stripe, messengers and analytics are already built in; anything else goes through the REST API, signed webhooks or a custom integration scoped during architecture.
What happens after launch?
A support agreement with agreed response times covers monitoring, backups, updates and fixes. Product changes and new modules are planned on a roadmap you drive.
Start with the diagnostics
A short call on how your business actually runs, and an honest answer on whether the standard product is enough or an implementation is worth it.
